I've built several successful companies from concept to exit, experienced failure, led and motivated teams, mastered programming and systems administration, and ready for my next challenge.

After running my own businesses for 10+ years, I've decided to take an exit opportunity and refocus my talents towards my next adventure. I have experience managing complex web and infrastructure projects, implementing large-scale server and cloud-based infrastructure, programming .NET C# and Umbraco powered websites with HTML5 and CSS, and learning quickly.

At home, I'm known as "dad" to the greatest 4-year old, and I enjoy scuba diving, skiing, boating, traveling, the Ravens and Orioles, and experiencing new things and places with my girlfriend, Jesse.

- Founded web development and internet services company specializing in healthcare websites and marketing
- Manage multiple systems design, systems implementation, and ASP.NET/C# web development projects and staff
- Handle day-to-day operations, finance, sales, budget, payroll, and business development of $1M/year enterprise

- Administered 60 server, 600+ user, 9 site Windows 2000 server and workstation network for US Department of Transportation
- Implemented NetApp NAS and Exchange 2000 infrastructure
- Designed, built and implemented disaster recovery site to mirror core services
- Managed Cisco VoIP and SIP VoIP phone system with 500+ users
- Author and implement new policies and procedures for newly created corporate IT department

Interliant, Inc.

Director of Web Services
- Managed and create the content for Interliant’s corporate web site, as well as 27 smaller corporate-owned web sites, and manage outsourced programming work
- Technical and creative lead on site redesign projects
- Designed, built, and administered eight server cluster with Cisco networking, Alteon load balancing, CheckPoint/Nokia firewall equipment, and Windows 2000 Server OS
- Assisted in data center operations management, development of training materials, server configuration, and migration/relocation of equipment and servers between data centers
